About Premiera
Premiera helps you organize movies and TV shows, record viewing progress, and find catalog and streaming-availability information. It does not stream, sell, or provide access to movies or TV shows. A listing or provider link does not include a subscription or a right to watch that content.
These terms describe the use of Premiera and its website. The initial 1.0 release is free, with advertising and in-app purchasing disabled. There is no Premiera account to register. Your app store, device platform, internet provider, and any external services you choose to use may have their own terms or charges.
Permission to use the app
You may install and use Premiera for your personal use on devices you are entitled to use, subject to applicable law and the distribution channel's license and usage rules. For an App Store download, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a different license is expressly supplied with that download. These website terms do not replace that agreement or reduce rights it provides.
The app, its original design, and its original software belong to their respective rights holders. This permission does not transfer ownership. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. You may exercise any rights that applicable law gives you, including rights that a software license cannot restrict.
Your library and files
You retain your rights in notes, lists, and other material you create. The developer does not obtain ownership of your library by your use of Premiera. Import only files you are entitled to use and take care when sharing an export: it can contain viewing history, ratings, notes, and other personal information.
Your devices, optional cloud services, and exported files hold separate copies of your data. Apple devices can use your private iCloud database; Android keeps its library locally and exchanges data with a paired Wear OS companion. A Premiera JSON backup can move a library between Apple and Android. There is no live Apple-to-Android cloud synchronization.
Keep a backup before replacing a library, importing a large file, or removing an installation. Imports, matching, and synchronization depend on the source data, device conditions, and external services and may need correction. The developer does not operate a server containing your private library and cannot restore a library that you have not backed up.
External content and services
Catalog data and images are supplied through TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability is provided by JustWatch through TMDB. Movie and TV images, names, and other third-party material belong to their respective rights holders; their appearance in Premiera does not imply endorsement or transfer content rights to you.
Catalog entries, release dates, episode details, and provider availability can change or be incomplete. Confirm prices, subscriptions, dates, and regional availability with the relevant provider before relying on them. Premiera does not control those providers or their services.
Trakt account linking and synchronization are disabled in version 1.0 on every platform. This release does not connect to Trakt. If you used an earlier development build with Trakt enabled, information already held by Trakt remains subject to its terms and privacy policy. You can revoke earlier Premiera access and manage or delete previously synchronized history through Trakt itself. Disabling this feature does not delete that history or an existing Trakt account.
External services, network access, and platform services such as iCloud may be unavailable or change their requirements. A feature that depends on them may be interrupted or require an update. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own terms and privacy practices.
Responsible use
Use Premiera lawfully and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property. Do not use it to gain unauthorized access to services, interfere with their operation, distribute malicious material, or bypass third-party access restrictions. This section does not prevent activity that applicable law expressly permits.
Privacy and support
The Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional synchronization, requests to external services, website hosting, support correspondence, and deletion choices. Support is available by email and through the support page. Do not send passwords or access tokens when asking for help.
Updates and changes
Updates may correct problems, improve compatibility, or change features. The description for each release explains material changes. New paid features or services, if introduced, will be disclosed separately with their price and applicable conditions; using this free release does not authorize a future charge.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the app, its distribution, or applicable requirements. The effective date will be changed and material updates will be identified through the website, release information, or the app as appropriate. Changes do not remove rights you already have under mandatory law.
Your legal rights
The developer aims to provide a useful and reliable app, but cannot promise uninterrupted service, error-free catalog data, or compatibility with every device or future platform change. These practical limits do not exclude any obligation, remedy, warranty, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory consumer rights, data-protection rights, or your right to bring a claim before a court available to you under applicable law. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Contact the developer at the email address above if you have a concern so it can be addressed.
